Negotiation with the vendors, hotels. 6. Knowledge of Computers and Internet 7. Tourism Marketing and Sales Management. 8. GDS and CRS 9. Air Fares and Ticketing 10.Travel Formalities & Regulations 11. Booking and Handling the tour of the client. 12. Cancellation & Rebooking policies 13. Hotel bookings. 14. Participaitng in Travel Events 15. Interacting with clients, telemarketing, email marketing. 16. Visa info and documentation   Requirements 1. Travel Diploma with 1 - 2 years experience in travel sales. Experience in booking international/national hotels, flights, packages, railways, visa, taxi. 2. Excellent analytical skills & strong communications skills (verbal and written including telephone skills) 3. Strong influencing ability, Excellent customer service skills 4. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment 5. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Knowledge of HTML (a plus) 6. Travel required with 10% to 20% . 7. Gathering market and customer information; Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
